Dedicated camp advisor

By choosing Surrey to train and prepare for London 2012, you will have access to a dedicated camp advisor 24 hours a day seven days a week.

Support packages

Your camp advisor can organise a range of support services to suit your teams needs. These include:

• Coaching – We have access to world class coaches, all have a minimum level 4 coaching badge.
• Medical facilities – Surrey has good hospital and medical facilities, within 15 minutes of each venue.  
• Health and medical support – Physiotherapists, sports massage and drug testing facilites are all available on request.

Sports science

The Surrey Human Performance Institute (based at the Surrey Sports Park), complete with fully equipped sports science laboratory, is at your disposal should your team need this.

Administrative and logistical support

As well as help with your training and medical needs, the 2012 team can arrange administrative support, such as:

• Communications services, including media advice.
• Internet access, business centre, secretarial support, meeting rooms.
• Translation services.
• Local guides.
• Security, provided by local companies and Surrey Police.
• Transport from the airport, around the county and to the Olympic/Paralympic venues.
• Access to journals and reading material.
• Assistance with visas and travel arrangements.
• Support and advice with legal requirements.
• VIP assistance at the airport.
