Arts Competitions

Calling all budding artists, writers and lyricists, this is your opportunity to demonstrate your creativity by entering our new arts competitions: Olympic Inspired Art and Creative Writing Competition. Entrants will have the opportunity to win exclusive prizes.

For children with more performance-based interest why not enter the 'Surrey Schools Have Talent' competition for a chance to reach the grand final and face a panel of celebrity judges.

For all competitions there are 3 categories- primary, secondary and special school.

The Giants festival, taking place on 23 May on Donkey Green, Box Hill, also forms part of the P&G Surrey School Games. Ballyho have worked with 8 schools across Surrey to create two giants each, one inspired by their schools heritage and the other sporting inspired. The sport inspired giants will compete in athletic type races to win school games medals, whilst being cheered on by over 800 children.

All competitions (Art, Creative Writing, Surrey Schools Have Talent) are open to entries from Monday 20 February to Monday 30 April 2012.
