Biography

While horse riding on holiday, Mandy suffered an accident that resulted in a spinal cord injury. In 2005 Mandy picked up a rifle for the first time and discovered that she had a real talent for shooting. Since then she has found success in various international shooting competitions. Her favourite Paralympic memory was watching her friend Matt Skelton win Gold in Beijing in 2008.

Outside of sport Mandy used to work as legal executive for a firm of solicitors, since then Mandy has become self employed. With a busy work life Mandy dedicates most of her free time in training due to her dedication to the sport.
