The Olympic and Paralympic Games
From the amazing spectacle of the opening ceremony to the thrills of the sporting action throughout the games. Find out what will be happening when and where during the Games.

The games will take place between July and September as below;

Olympic Games: 27 July - 12 August 2012
Paralympic Games: 29 August - 9 September 2012

Olympic Route Network
As part of the Host City contract, the London 2012 Games is required to ensure safe and reliable transport services to individuals that are essential to the games (e.g. athletes, press and emergency services etc). To contribute to the efficiency in the organisation of the Games, a network of roads linking competition venues will temporarily have an affect on Surrey.  Find out more about the Olympic Route Network.
